Title: Link's Hat + Vertex Editing Post by: LookItsLink on March 02, 2010, 10:48:45 AM Alright, I want to vertex-edit Link's hat, but when I try to import it into 3ds max it tells me "Improper file format." Yes, I am using the DDV.3ds file from DasDonkey box and yes I exported the right vertex set from BrawlBox. So is there any way around this? or is Link's hat just not editable yet?

Title: Re: Link's Hat + Vertex Editing Post by: LookItsLink on March 02, 2010, 05:26:51 PM Link's hat is in pieces when I import it to 3ds max/anim8or, but I figure that wasn't unusual considering his other vertex sets are everywhere too, but after following the steps and editing it, I go to test it in BrawlBox and I get this:
