Title: Yes. Another Stage Roster Expansion help topic. Post by: DezmondVulpin on July 06, 2013, 11:10:15 AM To start, I'll make this as neat and orderly as possible, but since this is my first post here, I don't know how it's going to turn out.
First of all, I'm very experienced with replacing stages and the like, but this is just really bothering me. Anyways, onto the actual problem. So at the moment, I'm using "Stage Roster Expansion System v2.0: [Phantom Wings]" Along with that, I am using "Eternal Yoshi's Fixed SSS V.05" The thing is, when I use these codes, the SSS comes up like it should. (27 extra stages. Icons alternating between Battlefied and Final Destination.) And that's just fine and dandy. The problem kicks in when adding a custom stage. For the record, I am renaming the .pac files to STGCUSTOM01 and what not. I even used the .rel files that come with the "Stage expansion tutorial," of course I'm renaming them to "st_custom01." Though, whenever I try to load said stage, the game freezes (Plain silence, no beeping or buzzing noise). So what exactly am I doing wrong here? I have the File Patcher Code enabled. The only thing I can think of at the moment is the "File Replacement Code" which I currently don't have. So if someone could help me out with this, I'd be one happy...kitty. You were right liberty. I basically re-did my entire code list and whadd'ya know! It works now! Well, I actually just deleted everything brawl related off of my SD and reinstalled Brawl+ and Masterlinkx's texture pack. Thanks for your advice anyways! I think it had something to do with that "unknown codes" thing that was just sitting within the file. |
