Title: Need help with USA .rel while on PAL version Post by: Sif on July 13, 2013, 11:18:44 AM Hello, as the title says I have downloaded several characters on this website which contains the .rel files. Although it freezes on me since I know that the .rel files are made for the USA version. Does anybody know how I manually change or modify the .rel file so it will work on the PAL edition? :kdance:
