Title: What are some good hacks to get? Post by: Slick76jakers on August 16, 2013, 12:31:04 AM Hello! I've been trying to create an expanded brawling experience for myself, to tide me over till smash 4 comes out. with great hacks like mewtwo over lucario, roy over toon link, and the melee/ssb64 stage expansion packs, ive been doing good so far. thing is, i absolutely detest some of the clones in the game. they don't FEEL different, like luigi and wolf do, luigi feels like, well, luigi, as his moveset feels comedic, while wolf's gives him the feeling like you're playing as a star fox character that doesn't feel like fox. :)
so anyway, are there any good character hacks out there that replace any of these characters (FALCO, LUCAS, GANNONDORF) with nintendo characters that feel like they belong in smash? PSA's are a must here, as its the moveset that bugs me, meaning a kickass moveset would just be fine. also, ive been having a tough time deciding on what stages to replace, and what stages to add into brawl, as i honestly feel like a lot of brawl's stages were too simple. if anyone can help me decide on some great hacks, id appreciate it, and could do a requested audio .brstm for anyone as well. :D Title: Re: What are some good hacks to get? For Lucas, since you want a Nintendo character, I don't know who you should take... As for Ganondorf... Well... Search on the vault and test... I use Ganon the Great King of Evil, which is cool and gives a OoT feeling even if there isn't a lot of change in his moves...

Post by: Fortresst on August 20, 2013, 12:14:46 AM I don't use any character hacks for those characters listed but as for stages the dbz world tournament stage is a good one though it is simplistic. Some audio would be the budokai 3 intro, budokai 2 intro, and ultimate tenkaichi main menu. Yes I am a fan of dbz and thats why I only have some dbz realted things. As for the characters, you could try project m to mix up some of the movesets.
Title: Re: What are some good hacks to get? Post by: Slick76jakers on August 20, 2013, 07:55:48 PM stagewise, i do have the planet namek stage on my computer, just not on smash right now, and i do like the budokai stage, but im trying to keep it nintendo, because i'm modifying it to make it feel like smash bros environment-wise, and dbz stages kinda cut from that. plus, i play this with friends a lot, and they all have different opinions, so it's best to keep it simple, i think.
i do have the project m psa i put over lucas, so im good there, but is there a way to fix the aaa t-pose it does? Title: Re: What are some good hacks to get? Post by: SonicBrawler on August 20, 2013, 08:00:46 PM Sonic Heroes PSA. :af:

I don't have this problem, but I'm sure you can probably fix it if you changed the animation data, but I doubt you'd want to get into that. Title: Re: What are some good hacks to get? Title: Re: What are some good hacks to get? Post by: Mansta8 on September 04, 2013, 02:32:28 AM For Lucas get the Scott Pilgrim PSA, or if you want a Nintendo character, get SonicBrawler's Geno.
Sonic Heroes PSA. :af: Speaking of that, you didn't add my CSPs yet :LTitle: Re: What are some good hacks to get? Post by: Akeno/Archer on September 04, 2013, 04:57:14 AM Or you have the PK mage, i guess...
