Does anyone know of any brawl hack packs or projects that are completed (in other words, have everything hacked except things that aren't hacked on purpose)? I already have Project M, and my own collection of hacks. What is a good Project or Pack out there?

Hmm... well it's not really what i'm looking for, i'm looking for something more along the lines of something that replaces all (or almost all) of the textures in the game with a certain theme (like Project Zelda, but that one isn't completed yet)

even I am working on a brawl system with all of my hacks on it, but it takes forever since I havent finished importing the remaining characters I plan to do

I'm looking for something similar to that, but one that's completed.

With all due respect, I wouldn't call Project M finished, since they still have a bunch of characters to go. I'd say go more with Brawl- or Balanced Brawl.
Right... i forgot Project M wasn't finished. Nonetheless, Brawl - seems okay, and balanced brawl seems too much like project M... i'm looking more for something that has a theme attached to it, rather than changing all the characters.
No, not really. You're thinking of Brawl+. Balanced Brawl just evens out the playing field for everyone while still retaining the Brawl essence.
Nonetheless, that's not what i'm looking for. Let me be specific: I'm looking for one of the following:
1. A Hack pack with Many replaced characters without any character being too overpowered.
2. A Hack pack where there are textures on all/most characters and stages that all revolve around a theme (like project Zelda).
And also either of the two has to be near completion/completed, and preferably with CSPs and SSPs.
Note: It doesn't have to be exact, but at least something that's the general idea as what i'm saying.

There is no project that fits your criteria sadly, just make one yourself.
I'm not saying it has to fit both, i saying either of the two. Is there NOTHING at all that is at least similar to what i'm saying??
