PAL members are just too lazy when it comes to community modding, which is the reason why everything, even the File Patch Code, comes late for PAL. They expect other regions to do their work for them.

They expect other regions to do their work for them. That's one of the reasons I switched to NTSC-US Region... Anyway, I have the FitCharacter.pac from the PAL region... I suggest using WiiScrubber and a Brawl PAL ISO. That's the way I get all my PAL stuff. |
