Then you did something wrong, because after modifying character battle names and song names it works fine for me.
Do you need to format/defrag your SD card?
Make sure that the info.pac file uses less memory than when it's left unedited.

And all I did was add a in-game battle tag 4 shadow
I replaced Pit's in battle name and icon with stuff for my Rainbow Dash hack but the game freezes everytime the now loading screen is done. Can you help me or not?
make sure that it is the info.pac for your region^^ if you are a PAL user you need a PAL info.pac.
