Kitty Corp Meow Mix Forums

I plan on eventually having CSPs for every character (and some of the more popular PSAs), but I'm only going to work on them one at a time. When I post a character, they'll have CSPs for their default colors (vBrawl and Project M), their 'M' recolor textures (Minty, Mars, Maritime, Mirage and Mango), and any of my own hacks for that character.

Clicking the picture of a character below will take you to their dropbox page, where you can get all of the CSPs I've made for them.


PSAs that I plan to have CSPs for include Tails, Shadow, Sora, Cloud, Scott Pilgrim, Goku, Kid Buu, and Isaac. Having said that, I intend to finish every vBrawl and PM character (meaning Roy and Mewtwo, as well) before I do any PSAs.

I have a little request if you don't mind (unless we can only request for Lucas atm).

(also, I know there's a CSP included but I really don't like how it looks.. it's kinda bright or something)

You can make requests for other characters, they just won't be posted / done until I get the all the default and P:M costumes for that character done. I'll be sure to do this one when I get to Toon Link. He'll probably be one of the first characters I do, considering he's one of my favorites.

And yeah, I have that hack since it's one of the ones I like to use. I didn't know it was broken - I'll upload it some time soon. I'll probably do them tomorrow, since I'm helping someone get the BrawlEx Clone Engine running at the moment.

You know, I was incredibly surprised those Toon Link textures proved to be so popular! My jaw dropped every time I saw them in the top downloads box the first week or so, lol. I was so proud I screen-capped it  :laugh:

I've added battle portraits for them as well, now. I'll probably make some Selection Icons as well.

Hmm, I've just now started looking at them in-game and I've noticed that they look kind of bright. I think I'm going to re-render them darker. What do you guys think?

Now that you mention it, they are a tad bit bright. Its not a big issue, but if you'd like to darken them, that would be cool.

Also I'm curious, what character do you plan on making CSPs for next?

I don't know. I was thinking Falco or Lucario, so if anyone has a preference between those two, I'll do them. Otherwise I'll just pick one.

I'll be sure to do them whenever I get around to her. Since the model is the same between them, I only have to pose it once then just change the textures for each render, so it's really not much more trouble than a single hack would be.

On another note, I knew I was missing something with these, and that's CSS Icons, so thanks for reminding me of those. I'll definitely be making some for each major CSS.

Alright! Another character is done. Lucario's pose was based on an unused trophy from Brawl. Some imported models have slightly differently posed arms because they didn't match up very well with the original posing, but you can't tell for the most part.

Also, each character now has CSS Icons for the vBrawl, Project M, Dark Flaming Blue, Red & Black, Purple, and Grid CSS. If I missed and important ones, let me know and I can make some for them.

Finally - I figured I would upload the full-sized renders of the default color of each character, just because I can. So....



Since Lucario is now done, I'm going to be removing him from the poll.

Sure, I'll do him whenever I make Sonic's pose. The quality of the hack doesn't really matter much to me, but it's not bad in any case. If there WERE a low quality hack, then that just means it's going to be an equally low quality CSP. (There are a couple of those already in there - just look at the Alakazam CSP in Lucario's folder. I love the hack, but the model's low poly, so the CSP naturally wasn't as good as the others.)

Lol, I liked that about it, too. When I applied my pose to him in Brawlbox, the hat was actually facing downward over his face, so I tilted it up some and it just fit into the spot perfectly.

Yeah, I do imports, although I can't guarantee the quality would be as good as the vBrawl models. That depends on the model and the rig. That said, I'll do what I can to make sure they look at least decent. I have no problem doing them.

Sorry, I only do single CSPs if the base character is already done. For the ones I haven't done, I have a list of hacks that are requested for when I get to them. I'll add him to my list for when I get to Snake, though. If I didn't do it this way, I'd probably end up trying to do more than I could handle at the moment.

Marth is actually half-done now (his default, PM and Uniform Team Colors are done), so he'll probably be up this weekend. The reason he took so long was because I couldn't find a pose I was completely happy with for him, but I think he's got a pretty good one now.

Well, by fortuitous chance, I actually already have some of this pack. I made them for my Isaac in my BrawlEx build. They're not in Pit's pose, though. I'll make some for him in that pose later, but till then you're welcome to have these. There're a couple of custom textures I made for him to fill his cBliss slots in there, too, if you want them.

I'd say just go with whichever one is easier to do in Brawlbox honestly. Either one is fine by me.
Sorry if asking for a seperate pose for the alternate costume is too much, Project M generelly has it that way but if it's too much work go ahead and use the same pose for the alt too, I don't mind either way.
