Title: Need to know how to imput characters without a .rel?..

I want to try to put Cloud over Olimar without a .rel. Can anyone tell me how to?  :laugh:

If the rel exists, use it. It probably wouldn't work properly without it.

Since I'm using BrawEx however, certain .rel characters would freeze e.g. Ike, and I think Link? Using a straight port would probably solve that.
