I'm using this skin Gengar skin for Wario, but it's not working in game!

I've put in multiple different skins into the game, in fact almost all of my characters have different skins. For some reason replacing FitWario00.pac and .pcs isn't working.
I'm using Project M, does it have to do with that?
I've also been trying to import that awesome Naruto character for Mr. G&W. I've replaced the Fit stuff (Etc, Motion, 00s), and I replaced the .rel in the modules folder with the one for naruto. Everything works fine until I go into Final Destination selecting Naruto. The character intros happen, and then immediately after the game freezes... How do I import characters properly?

Well...character that comes with .rels won't work with Project M.
That Gengar should go only over the Wario with the pumbler outfit. It won't work if put over the Biker one.

Also, how can I tell the difference between Warios?
If it says "Wario Classic" like this one (http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=13032) put it over the Pumbler, if it says "Wario Ware" like this one (http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=27535) put it over the Biker.
