Then I recommend Code Manager. But since I am bored let me do that for you. I will then give you a link to the needed files.
Okay so I made this for you https://www.dropbox.com/s/4w3eqi2d4d3wpjb/RSBE01.gct (https://www.dropbox.com/s/4w3eqi2d4d3wpjb/RSBE01.gct) In the root of your SD Card make a folder called codes and put it in there. I am assuming you have set up your SD with the following file branch SD/private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/fighter/purin/[Your File] I am also assuming you are booting with something like Gecko or Riivolution Hope this helped if it didn't I will try to help more.
