Alright, I made a Mega Man 2 title screen 2-D stage today, and now I want it animated. Like Mega Man standing on the building and his hair is blowing in the wind. How would I do this? :-\
im not too sure about this but open up the stage file in brawlbox and preview it...then there should be animations on the side....see if you can edit some stuff from there...if not tell me

That wouldn't work for what he wants. I think he wants the textures to be animated since it's a 2-D stage and there are no bones to change anything for 2-D.
So can any one help me?
