Title: Kirby Hats: How did Project M get Extra ones?

Im working on nebulon's build, and cant find a way to add kirby hats. Ive heard things about kirby, that hes not done on project ex yet, and that only project m knows how to add kirby hats, , using it as a trade secret (which all sound like myths to me) this is what I know about kirby hats

you assign a character x a kirby hat witha program (cant remember which one but I remember I have it)
a pac file is fit in fighter/kirby (ie. ikes kirby file is fitKirbyIke)
some files (such has DKs have variable other than character)

                                                                  /-----pink DK Kirby
                                                                /--------------yellow DK Kirby
Kirby skin is picked-----DK is absorbed ----\ -------------blue DK Kirby
                                                                 \ ----green DK Kirby

Im wondering if there is any more stuff i should know, anything i should look into, there has to be a way to add kirby hats after all, roy and mew 2 were added
am i making any sence because i just woke up and i am a bit groggy

you need to know how to reqrite modules and codes is not anything simple to do to add kirby hatcs that is why brawlex doesnt use kirby hats and then you would need to psa the kirby hat under kirby and the filesize would increase so its definitly not anything that is easy to do unless your a master coder and know everything that isnt public about rels which barely anyone even knows how to edit.

kirby has no real file size limit, so its fine

but to answer the orignal question, they have a code for the roy and mewtwo kirby hats that loads the new files.

and loads new files, or loads, just 2 new files (roy and mew)

im not gonna give the code lol. it loads the new FitKirbyMewtwo.pac file and FitKirbyRoy.pac iirc.
