By now a lot of us have probably heard of, and have downloaded, the BrawlEx Expansion Project. I personally have not downloaded it yet, I'm
prepping for it. By that I mean I have a list of 100 characters I'd like to have at my disposal, the problem is that most of them have not been made into a Brawl mod yet.

Quick Notes:
By the NES, SNES and GBA characters, I don't mean recolors, I mean new PSAs of those characters using actual 2D sprites, which
is possible.
