If I download brawlbox, will it work without framework? Do I need framework to run it? I'm asking this because this is the only thing I would need framework for. And what the heck is a PSA? PSA is short for "Project Smash Attack" There's a program called Smash Attacks that is used for coding a characters attacks to give them new properties.
