I just need to know how do you add alloys to your CSS thats it.
Unfortunately I can't answer your question, but you'll probably get more people to consider helping you (or look at the thread for that matter) if you don't phrase things in all caps and are clear in the title about what you want to know. It's pretty off-putting. If you change those things I'm sure your question can be answered relatively quickly.
There are codes that add the Alloys, just do searching around. You can also just use an Alloy model over an existing character.
