Is there a good tutorial on how to change Character SFX? I can't find one...
This tutorial may be helpful: Give BrawlEx Characters SFX Tutorial (http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=66417.0)
Although the tutorial is intended for Brawlex characters the same process applies to all PSA-related SFX edits. Fair warning, it's an annoying process and I've only done something like that for a small number of SFX entries.
