I wanted to edit sonics texture during his final smash but i couldnt figure out how. I looked at his final.pac but couldnt find it. What do I edit for it?
Sonic's Final Smash is quite unusual, since his body glow is not a texture part, nor is it in a CLR0 file. Something inside Super Sonic's model must be controlling the body glow.
Hmm... do you have any idea what it might be?
People have found out how to remove his glow and give him a texture. Wave did Darkspine Sonic on Super Sonic.

Just edit one that has the glow removed and BAM, there ya go.
