Title: CSPs, SSPs, Icons, and more! 12/2010
Post by: amount18 on May 05, 2010, 03:36:02 AM
Welcome to my CSP gallery!  CSPs are alphabetized for convenience (names and icons are not  :P).  Check out the second post (http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=7836.msg82502#msg82502) for SSPs!  Right-click -> Save As to get the portraits.  Feel free to modify and post these, as long as you give me credit.  Please comment if you like or use any.  Thanks!

I am done making CSPs.  If you would like to make your own using my template, feel free.  I would not care if you credit me, but it would make sense to link to mine so that you do not have to do a request for something I made already.  Anyway, these are the rotations/translations to get my pikachu and ddd:
   Pikachu: Hit "-" 10 times -> AppealSR -> Frame 63 -> TransY = -3 -> RotY = 80
   King Dedede: Hit "-" 10 times -> Win3 -> Frame 105 -> transY -10 -> RotX = 10 -> RotY = -25 -> RotZ= -10

Most Recent Update:12/13/2010- DDD and Pikachu CSPs posted.
12/2010  Toying with Yoshi and Metaknight BrawlBox Custom Pose Portraits, added poll to choose which DDD pose is best, added list of Perfect CSP Makers)

Oh, cool...I saw that after I posted.  I was originally just going to use the CSP I found for the actual melee falcon texture, but then I removed the tie, so I thought the actual melee CSP would be better.  It was also very easy to make  :D

I also did some minor tweaks to other characters (Other scarfless falcons, Chiaotzu Ness w/o backpack and brim, Mbison Mario w/o mustache, etc).  I would upload them to BrawlVault but I can't take snapshots of them...

I have added 38 more CSS related textures.  I hope you enjoy them!  If you want an original pose CSP for a texture of one of the characters I have already done I will do it, but give me time.   I also have Lucas textures in the works and a couple Ganondorf textures (just need GIMPing, so you can send me those textures as well).

Sure.  I'd also like to do Bumblebee (that is the one ness texture I don't cover because of my brother).  Could you send me the files for them please?  Better yet, you could send me these extracted .pngs: FitNess_Cap; FitNess_CapPeak; FitNess_Eye00; FitNess_Face; FitNess_Hair; and FitNess_Wear

EDIT: Found the files.

Thanks.  Give about a week, I have them started but a lot of important stuff coming up.  And I can't do models so for Shadow I just did the texture parts on the normal model.

Sure.  Is the sash part of the model or the shirt?  I would have to GIMP it in.  This will also be done next week.  Can you give the texture or the texture parts I listed above please?

hahaha...that's pretty true.  I just went with the exact placement from BrawlBox.  How do you suggest fixing that?

your problem wasn't placement but size i don't know a way to accurately find the exact size but i make sure i keep the ratio's the same, it's best to look at another picture to compare, I went from not doing characters with that problem to being alright to pretty much perfect like my mario and luigi portraits and it gets easier, the biggest thing is size whereas here you can tell they are too big

well...everything was exactly the same size and ratio as brawlbox...what is too big? the black part of the eye? the small white part?  If you look at the original csps of DDD his eyes are actually rather big...I guess the black is too big?

EDIT: Also, how do I delete the poll?

by ratio i meant the size of the eyetexture.png but that seems fine but yes it seems the "black part" there's not much eye white left

Thanks! Am I to just gimp it in or to put in the texture on brawlbox and redo it?

Just put it in brawl box
the 38X38 is the rezised size of the image

Ok...I'll start remaking them and probably get them done by tomorrow or Wednesday.  Anybody want any textures so I can do them at the same time?

Do you know if there will be the same problem for yoshi?  I have a great pose for him.

and yes: I have no time for videogames anymore.  If you want to know the template for either pikachu or DDD let me know.  I would take no offense to you using them to make your own if you like them.
