So, does anybody can help me fix it?
Wht were you trying to do with the eyes?
I just changed the eyes of Meta Knight in White ._.
Keep the texture formats below in mind.

metaknight_BrkMask - CMPR
metaknight_body - CMPR
metaknight_eye - CI8 / RGB5A3 palette
metaknight_foot - CMPR
metaknight_mantle - CMPR
metaknight_wing - CMPR
nuki - RGBA8
siro - CMPR
The siro is basically the interior of the mask. Make sure that all the texture parts above use the specified texture formats, and try again. Also, when editing the eyes, make sure that the background is transparent or else only one eye will be visible in-game.
