Are you playing Brawl+? If you are that's why. It doesn't work for Brawl+ and you'd have to use .rel files to try to put it somewhere else.
im not using brawl+ im using regular brawl
Oizen has to get his butt here then.
Do you have a module for Big Blue?
Name it STGFINAL.pac
and use it like that. =w=

Since Metal Harbor is a Final-Destination based stage,
Rename it to st_dxbigblue.rel and put it in pf\module (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?mmjm2mng1nm)
