Title: [Solved] Strikers Diddy Texture Help
Post by: Zexyle on August 26, 2017, 09:33:20 PM
Hello, I have decided to begin Brawl Hacking and decided to start off with something simple. I have imported Diddy's armor from Strikers Charged over the Brawl Model and it works fine but I am having trouble getting his eyes working properly in Brawl Box. When importing the textures his eyes are either grey or black. Does anyone know how I would go about fixing this? When re-encoding his eyes they become a skin color.

You can preview it in one of the later versions, like BrawlBox 0.77; be forwarned, though, that 0.77 has its own glitches that don't exist in 0.71; basically, groups of various versions of BrawlBox have their own unique glitches to those versions

I took your advice and tried out three different versions of Brawl Box all with the same issue. Perhaps is is something I am doing wrong or an issue with the model? I can provide you a link to the model to see if you have the same issue if you would like.

Ok, so I know how to fix it, but even though it doesn't take long to fix it, it's difficult to explain in text; would you be able to Skype with me to do the fix?

Unfortunately my Laptop is unable to run Skype. Do you know of a tutorial on how to do it?

No, but I can make a video showing how to fix it, and I am planning on, within a few months or so, releasing my next tutorial, which is on model merging, if you're interested; I'll email the video to you after it's created

That would be great. I will try to fix it myself until then. Not sure where to start though.
