Last, I heard, Vyse said they are within the common5_en.pac. You'll need to unpack, and repack.

All you really need is lz77ex, SSBBextract, and SSBBarc.

oh right lz77ex is for the bin files man i feel dumb. all the quick tools dumbed me down
