I need to know how to make a certain character's hips shake kinda like peach's LaLaLaLaLaLa taunt! But to much hip! and im going to be arrogant about it and not copy and paste anything, its for a contest... so i need to know ASAP! if I can't get those hips-a-shaking I can't do this dance! Move the hip and leg bones.
Move the waist bone not hip.
That doesn't help with zero suit she dont have a waist bone >.>

haha got it you gotta rotate her hipn to the sid some rotate her legs to touch the ground and rotate her bust to be straight XD
