Tbh I use USB Loader myself and wasn't able to figure it out, but a workaround is you can use WiiScrubber to modify an .iso to have your mods embedded inside; the only downsides are that this takes a little time to do the replacement, and it doesn't work with expansions, such as BrawlEx, Project M, etc.
