Title: Need help making THP files! Post by: supersupersuperguy on May 17, 2010, 08:48:58 PM I didn't know where to post this topic, so I put it here.
Anyways, I've been trying to turn a certain YouTube video into a THP to place over the opening video. None of the software will work for me. I can't find the THPConv.exe and DSPTool.dll files, either. Distribution of those files, I'm pretty sure, is illegal. I was wondering if someone could assist me with making the THP.
