Title: Re: Snake texture guide? Post by: DrPanda on May 27, 2010, 09:34:44 AM What do you use to make your textures with?
I use Jasc Paintshop, and I normally do a solid colour over something I'm not sure of on another layer, then look for it on the model. To be honest, I don't really see much trouble with Snake's textures, but I'll do a quick texture map if it helps people out :) EDIT: Fit_snake_body map ;D (http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/3893/fitsnakebodymap.png) (http://img228.imageshack.us/i/fitsnakebodymap.png/) Title: Re: Snake texture guide? O use gimp and I'm not super well versed in it so anything that can help cut down the number of mistakes I'll invariably make is a huge help.
Title: Re: Snake texture guide? Post by: mariokart64n on May 27, 2010, 05:25:02 PM use an app like mudbox, or zbrush .. even blender? to paint directly on the model.
you can draw out the rough work, or even paint on other textures. remember google image is a modders greatest friends. Title: Re: Snake texture guide?
