Title: Problems with GWitizer
Post by: Tyeforce on July 29, 2009, 07:07:15 AM
So I used GWitizer on my mom's XP (because I can't do it on my Mac), and it gave me the .PCS and .PAC just fine. But when I went to play, my game froze whenever I tried to select Mr. Game & Watch. So I redid it, and this time I could select G&W, but the textures weren't there. So...could someone make a G&W texture .PCS and .PAC for me? This is what I want:

Number (Original Color)
Inside: Red/Green/Blue
Outside: Red/Green/Blue

1 (Black)
Keep it the same

2 (Red)
Inside: 255/0/0
Outside: 0/0/0

3 (Green)
Inside: 0/128/0
Outside: 0/0/0

4 (Blue)
Inside: 0/0/255
Outside: 0/0/0

5 (Olive)
Inside: 255/255/0
Outside: 0/0/0

6 (Cyan)
Inside: 255/255/255
Outside: 0/0/0

Both Game & Watch's body and his other attacks and Final Smash, please. The colors should be normal, red, green, blue, yellow, and white, respectively.

Just woke up so if I attempt making one for ya... it would no doubt be messed up.

But I am curious, got a copy of the one that froze on ya? It should work flawlessly... it either overwrites the values or leaves them intact --- shouldn't be any part of it which would allow something to freeze.

Okay, here it is (http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=36d7f916f048763eb64026cfc0611236b9c66c727872200bb8eada0a1ae8665a). Try it out... I don't know why it froze for me...

I tried making it again and it STILL freezes... Maybe it's the computer I'm using... It's a piece of junk and has tons of viruses. But I don't see how that would affect GWitizer...

I haven't tested it it but this should work.

http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?jgyyzonxj20

(The NEW_ files, actually zipped the whole folder apparently)

And it's weird... I looked at the file you sent me... something simply went corrupt about midway through --- the CLR0 section is non-existant, only 0's remain there but... before that it repeats what appears to be malformed ascii characters. For whatever reason, your computer may have read in the file as ascii instead of binary --- but I have no idea why.

XP you say? Hm... I'll try this on my old comp later this week and see if I come up with the same results. I thought Vista was the only temperamental OS when it came to python and modifying files.

Thank you!! I'll test it right now. ^_^

EDIT: Just tested it and it works! Thanks a lot!
