Leviathan Luigi Concept: Opposite of P.Mario and so people may pay attention to weegee Attacks in concept: Neutral Special: Gliding "wave" fireball. Splashes on impact Up Special: Undecided. Thinking of Squirtles waterfall Down Special: Maelstrom. Thinking of breakdance kick to Luigi cyclone. Extended range and giant water spash upon completeion of animation. Side special: Water splash using animation of side smash. Extended range and increased damage Down smash: something like squirtle's up smash Progress: [8-6-09] -Tested previously applied movement effects [water splash] -Restart. Stupid .pac won't load correctly -Added changes to down smash to be later added to down B.
