Major update.. and I haven't posted here in months..
Well some of you might know, I've been gone for awhile but now I'm back xP

I'm feeling lazy so, I'll just show you what I'm working on now without much explanation

And here's what Honey currently looks like:

Thanks =3, Finicky indeed.. Im having trouble with her hair.. it looks fine in BB but when I use her in game her hair stretches even bigger than the stage.. hoping to come up with a fix.

I'm just vertexing Silver's body.. this is to go along with my other project "Shadow over Fox"
This one is Silver over Falco >:3, the head will be removed and the head from the green hill zone model will be placed over the top via PSA.

Many people have tried to do this.. but none have succeeded.

Texture was done by Suren.

The reason I am doing this is because the Green Hill zone model has too many bones to work flawlessly and have a PSA with GFX.
And the Masatwog model will take a long time to do due to porting/making new animations.

Ok so this is after my latest vertex..
Her left wing collapsed.. though this can probably be fixed through bone editting.
Her right leg needs to be made as small as her left (though you can't see it in this picture)
The bottom of her right shoe needs to be fixed and both turned into heels.
And then of course her hair.. this is the best I've gotten so far..
Oh and I also made the dress a vertex of her body.. this helps it always stay.. which may look a little worse than the sphere.. but is essentially a lot better.
anyone thinks they can help fix these problems?

I know, Fireking did it for me, but it would require animations to get it to always stay in place.

Bone tree editing could set it in the right position if you put it under waistN.

Not forever though.
Itd still move in some animations and it'd look unatural

It would be alot easier to animate though, seeing as the object will be in the right position everytime.

Meh or you could do it my way =D

This "Honey the Cat"  looks good
Is she gonna be able to fly like Meta-Knight?

Vaguely.
She will be based on her Sonic The Fighter's moves and her moves from Fighting Vipers..
and likely with a Darkshade twist.

The newest dance move, "The Darkshade Twist."

and that head model PSA is Mastaklo's hack..
which is nothing to do with me.

It may not look like much, but moving his ears was the hardest thing.. basically almost everything I did left a small hole in his head, but don't fret, I kept redoing it til there wasn't.
His middle top spine has been vertexed.. and so has his chest hair~

It just gets better and better dude ^^

Thankyou, I'll do a little more work on Silver..
Then I or someone else needs to make the head texture (I did have a copy Suren did but I can't find it anywhere)
And then I'll release.

And luckily the backspines don't look too bad for a one slot release other, they just won't be as perfect as the ones on a port.
(By back spines I mean the 2 small ones on his back)
In a one slot they are slighly long and pointy.
In a port they would be shortre and less curved and pointy..
But it still looks a lot more like Silver's spines than Sonic's.
Nice really =P


"Fine" The vertex is great, and Starwaffle did do an amazing job..
but it still doesn't look like Silver in my opinion.
That's why I asked if I could use some of his polygon's as a base.
Everyone makes a huge fuss over Shadow (Me included)
But Silver isn't perfect and no one cares?
Seems a little odd to me.

Don't worry, i look you amazing hack everytime.

Oh, i forgot. For Silver, use my Silver fix or you going get some problem light.

And also, Silver will be ported over Falcon. I have a moveset planned out- I just need someone willing to make it.

Well first of all I wouldn't reccommend fan moves..
Knuckles has more than enough moves to go round to make a moveset.
Advance, Battle, Adventure.. even the Originals.

i just dont get motivetion for make kid buu but for Knuckles he is my fav. sonic char.(of them all) then Sonic then Tails then black/red emo hedgehog

Silver looks really good. Its coming along remarkably. The Honey looks really cool. I have no idea who that is but the amount of work your putting in it shows. Good job cant wait to see them finished.

Good news is I just updated the plugin for my touchpad scroller, after my update yesterday it stopped working..
So I can continue now.

LOL At the last bit Ninka.
Chaos Zero I will do sometime..
And I do Sonic characters mainly for my site.
I make a point to port them because usually the reason I do a vertex is so I can port an already existing model (For example Silver)
over another character, but since Silver's model from Green Hill Zone has so little bones.. he has many glitches.
So to get round this, I vertexed him.
Thus, that's why I make it a point to port my vertexes.

That OR, that I like the character I made from another but still wish to keep the original.

That and porting is kinda my thing..
And don't worry, I've done other things other than Sonic..
And I will  do very shortly, expect either Pokemon or Zelda..
And I've done TWEWY before.
Maybe Mario.. but not so much of a Mario fan.
With a few exceptions.

Ok Silver is done, with the only thing that I'm not entirely happy with being the chest hair, which can likely be fixed at a later date.
I mean it honestly looks fine, it's just that when you're trying to "perfect" something
You'd like all of it to have 100% accuracy XD
At the moment it's a slight vertex and a texture.. it would be nice to be 100% vertex, but that didn't work too well.
If it's not a trouble to anyone, would someone mind taking some snapshots of it for me? So I can upload it in the vault. (Preferably nice ones, lol)
For some wierd reason the snapshot converting program dislikes my laptop so I can't do it myself.

I've just ported Silver over Falco with no glitches at all.
(Yes that means he can hold all items, be grabbed etc.)

So all he's really missing now is PSA, I have a nice moveset planned out if anyone's up for it?

Probably, if I remember, peaches hair is quite easy to vertex edit I think.

just a little suggestion for silver... he smiles too much. from my knowledge of him, he doesnt smile, and in almost all the pics ive seen of him, hes not smiling. if you update your silver vertex, i suggest hexing any of the shadow vertex's frown over silver's smile.

Cause Silver is a whiny kid who lost his potential GF as a sacrifice to contain and destroy a sun god mixed with an evil shadow, who was lied to by the only guy who he thought could help him save his world and ended up hurting the good guy, which put him in a state of question, and he was pwnd by Shadow who CC'd him and kicked him in the back of the head... But that's why we love Silver XD

How can you mistake a guy with spiked up ends with red stripes, piercing red eyes, vampire fangs, and chest fur along with a deeper voice, and a grayish, mega chest fur that could almost form a vest, glowing hands, and spines pointed like weed for Sonic?
