Title: 3DS Max Plug-in Help Post by: Crash on September 23, 2010, 09:05:06 AM I am trying to manually install the COLLADA plug in for 3DS Max 2010. But I can't see how to do it. The file I got from the COLLADA folder has no files that 3DS max reads as plug in files. All I am trying to do is open my .dae file as a COLLADA in 3DS Max. :c
Help? EDIT: Another question: I open the .3ds file in 3DS Max 8 or 2010 and I can't find the option to show the vertices. It is normally under modify but there is nothing there. All I need to know is: How do I install the COLLADA plug-in when it doesn't automatically install it for me? EDIT: If all else fails, you could try this tut that I use. http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=13061.msg209472#msg209472 |
