Credit for the texture goes to Dhragen from stack smash. This is lightning wolf. its a hack i have been working on for the last week http://www.mediafire.com/?z0tjnozmwey download changes electrical graphics on most moves, a few with extra sound effects. dash attack is his Ftilt, although thats about all they have in common now (different properties) U tilt is now Uair Up taunt changed to second win animation.
