Title: Texture Mapping / UV points

Is there any possible way to tell which UV Points coordinate with the Vertex sets? :-\

Reader 1: Oh hey, check it out! This guy has a question that doesn't relate to how useless he is at putting stuff on an SD card!
Reader 2: Wow, don't see much of that often... It might help others it gets answered too.
Reader 1: Wait, You're not gonna Answer it, are you?!
Reader 2: Pffft, No.

Look at the ID's.

In this case, the ID's don't match up correctly :-\
I'm working with Ike at the moment... ID goes up to 27 in vertex sets but 22 in UV's.

I'm trying to edit his eyes which I have found as UV's 4, 5, 6, and 7.
They all look the same but they are all different sizes... got any ideas?

EDIT:
4 = Left iris
5 = Left sclera
6 = Right iris
7 = Right sclera

Trial and error :P
