Ok, first I modified the fitganonfinal.pac only with ash (no ssbbextract used), and I had to modify 4 tgas, and when I tested it, it frozed the game when ganondorf got the Smash ball. Then I read VILE's guide for final smashes and I did what it said, but when I ran step 1 with 000.pac, it only generated one folder called "01eff_fin_MA_ganon_pori_M" and when I opened the tga, it was only an 8x8 white square. Can someone tell me what's wrong? I modified the alfa layer from the "crown" texture that ganon has. Is that the problem?

Result: I had a similar problem. Maybe it is that you have to edit the brres files. Or that the final smash is like pit's. Pit's cant be extract because when extract the 000.pac inside, nothing shows. For ganon, one folder shows. Maybe you have to keep trying and trying to get it right. You'll go through alot of freezing. It is a real pain in the %&#. Trust me.

Then how can people modify Pit's FS? They do it like normal characters textures?

I just edit pit's FS by using ASH normally.

Ok, the freeze isn't due to the alfa layer modification I did in Ganon's "crown", but it still freezes T_T. Anybody knows why?

I've gotten the full texture tga's before, either by extracting or just ASHing the .pac (I don't remember), but it froze when Ganon got his FS, too. I don't think I've ever seen a Ganon FS texture. Maybe he just won't let you mess with his Triforce of Powah!
