I think what I did is actually considered a one-slot size mod. Sorry, I have been doing brawl hacks for only a week. I'll fix that in the download. Anyway, thanks! :3

one thing i suggest is that vertex the tail so that it doesnt look so stiff all the time
Do you mean edit the shape of the tail's mesh to make it in a more natural position, or changing the intensity ZSSamus' ponytail bone has on it? Since the ponytail bone is placed on the head, I couldn't weigh the tail to it 100% without it getting stretched really bad. I'm still learning so I haven't looked into adding bones yet. I'll keep that in mind in the future, thanks  :)

you should do what Nanobuds said. Shape the mesh in a more natural position so it isn't as stiff.

Could you make the Adventures costume too?

Someone else here was working on an Star Fox Adventures Krystal import and I would feel kinda bad if I went ahead and did it myself. I would feel better if I edited the Star Fox assault model into that outfit so it doesn't feel so much like I'm stealing their idea or anything. If it's not something you have your heart set on, I prefer to skip it. If you really want it though, then I can.

You just edit the mesh yourself

I'm kinda tired working on the main rig, so since it's mostly done(only the tail, skirt and hands need work atm) I think I'll have to spend all day today working on something special for our little pink friend who eats people >=3

I meant just edit the mesh and curve it a bit. The tail sticks out straight, and it looks so stiff. If you just vertex a curve a bit, it'll look more natural.

Actually, Bav, I was going through Sonic 2006's files, and I ripped and converted Knuckles if you would rather use that. The London model is still good, but you might find that you like this one better.

Yeah, Nanobuds is one of my best friends on KCMM, I could get him to let us use it, but I just don't really like the way the mouth is set up. Here's what's coming.

It won't. since the size mod effects any Monique, because it's only a one slot size mod.

But trust me. Me and Nanobuds tried working on a size mod for Tikal, we always got errors, plus Tikal needs a revamp...

Thank you! It is the SSBB model  :) As for Tikal, I have tested the original size mod for Monique on her
(not one-slot) and it works but she's still a little too big. I don't know if the one-slot size will work but if you
want to try, just rename Tikal's TransN bone under ModelData[0]/FitZelda00/Bones in BrawlBox to NewNode0
and use the motionect.pac that comes with Monique too see if it works. If it doesn't and you want the original
motionect.pac, just ask and I'll send you Monique's old download  :3

We only tried renaming the XRotN to XRot_Tikal and yes the file got corrupted when we renamed the XRotN.

I'm not quite sure what a revamp is, but there's a model of Tikal from SADX at the

If you're considering remaking Tikal, I'd be more then happy to help.  :) Or I could do it all myself
with your permission. Maybe an one-slot size mod would work if she's redone from scratch, but

I'm not quite sure what a revamp is, but there's a model of Tikal from SADX at the

If you're considering remaking Tikal, I'd be more then happy to help.  :) Or I could do it all myself

A revamp is improving a model.

Tikal's model from Model Resource isn't good, it's all messed up. (along with the other models their from Sonic Adventure.) But u can do her. She was made over Zelda, when model porting was possible and she wasn't updated with the new things, plus her bones placement isn't good.

I am going to do another collaboration with LittleBoygos, but there's a few other things I was
ganna do next.
Sorceress and I kind of agreed that Tikal needs an update, so that's what I'm doing next. I also got
someone asking me to put Krystal over some one else cause he can't use ZSS due to a scratched disc.
I'm hoping I'll get the chance to do some Pokemon or Star Wars at some point, too :)

Sure, that'd be fine. Just don't forget to retexture his holster and hands to fit with the rest of his model. XD

The rigging on his wrists may need to be adjusted so they don't clip through his sleeves, and the eye yellow texture included... sucks. He already has two sets of eyes though, so it might be beneficial to remap the UVs of his yellow eyes to fit whatever yellow texture you come up with.

The hands were taken from Brawl Falco, so they were the only thing rigged. The holster was edited a little, however, since I needed to wrap the strap around his leg. There was a little bit of UV editing, but it's no big deal.

Ok, sorry for taking so long, I wasn't feeling my best. I ended up making it by scratch. I did use the brawl stuff from the model, though. I also used turbosmooth on his lower half since I couldn't make his legs look better then awful without it.

I think it's very pretty, I would suggest making the highlights thinner (more like fur), but that might just be my opinion. Thanks for making it! :3
I don't know if ZSS can use 512x512 textures... She has one but it uses a palette and I've tried changing it before and it wouldn't work out for me. Someone else might know how to make it work, though. Also, just a little warning, those eyelashes will be under her eyes. You might want to make the eyelashes on the eye textures instead.  :)

But he looks great! Using turbosmooth was a clever idea, though it adds a buttload of vertices every time I use it. Must have been a pain to work with. XD

I think the size mod makes him a bit too tall. Falco is pretty tall, but comparing him to regular Falco, he's pretty tall. Though I agree he's ridiculously tiny without it.

The only thing that somewhat bothers me is the holster, and it's not really an issue. The thing is it wasn't textured to go with the rest of his outfit, so it looks a little misplaced. Again, not a huge issue, I could probably give it a shot myself.

Other than that, good work. :]

Ok, Thank you! :3 It wasn't that much of a pain because his legs had very little vertices at first.

Yeah, I didn't really realize he was going to be that tall untill it was close to being done. I didn't want to reshape him because I felt making him stubby like the Brawl Falco would take away some of the point in having two versions, so instead I inlarged his head a little, but it didn't help alot with his height.  :I

I was going to change the holster, but because I got a really late start, I starting rushing to get it done. I can make a more fitting texture and update it some time, or you can do it, if you want  :)

Wow, that's alot better!  :) In my own personal taste, I would still like to ask about some things though.
I hope I'm not being too picky, but I'd prefer the texture of the fur to look more like tuffs of fur other then seperate hairs, and I liked the dark fadey eyes from the original texture alot aswell as her saturation level. I am well aware that you are not finished, though. it also might be a good idea to keep checking how the texture looks on the model as you progress. I mixed your texture with the original and started editing it to help you get an idea of the style of fur I would like best, aswell as the dark faded eyes. Here's some pictures to compare-

Hey, it's me again. XD

Just wanted to let you know that your Krystal import has some TransN issues. I tried with and without the size mod, and there were quite a few problems.

So I went ahead and remade the size mod using her XRotN rather than her TransN, and it works fine. I even went ahead and fixed up her cliff animations, since they were the only ones that would be a bit off. Dunno if you'd want to include them in your download or not, just a heads up.

I think I'm done with Falco's holster, it's a really... lame design, though :I It's also too shiney compared to the rest of his textures, and with all this talk about textures, I decided to try improving his. Before I finish, I would like to know if you even like it.  :P

It's hard for me to discern the original from the edited one, but they both look great. I agree, it is a bit shiny, but if you can get it to match the grey of the rest of his body but make it a tiny bit lighter, it would look perfect.

Well, I really like the definition you gave to his suit, it looks really nice. The only thing is it's a little bit too shiny, just a little. If you could tone it down a tad, it'll be perfect. :p

Oh, and I hate to be "that guy," but I found a stray vertex point on his shoulder pad. :[

To rotate bones on 3DS Max 2010, press the "H" key, select the bone you want to rotate, then select the rotate tool. To rotate a part of the mesh, under modifier list, select "Edit Mesh", choose the vertex icon placed below the modifier list (looks like 3 pixels), then select the vertices you want to rotate, then the rotate tool.

Assault Falco has already been updated with new textures and another size mod, but you might want to wait a while before downloading it again, cause I'm going to be updating most of my hacks with shadows, soon. Krystal will also be updated with a mesh for her tiara, belt buckle, and light hair streaks, and new textures/costumes (then there's Velen's detailed textures). I'm also working on my own model of Linebeck, and I'm almost done with a Malon over Zelda request.

The model doesn't look that good, because I never actually "learned" how to make 3d models, and it has sloppy, temporary textures right now, but here's a picture of it so far, if you're interested

never played phantom hourglass but i'm a big wind waker fan. linebeck looks awesome.

Phantom Hourglass is one of my favorite Zelda games and is my favorite DS game. If you can tolerate using the stylus for movement, I think you should try it  :). Thanks!

Thank you very much! :3 Because of his build the only characters I think he'd work over would be Toon Link or Luigi. I tried making an import over Luigi once but it froze the game and I couldn't figure out why, so I guess Toon link. I was thinking of giving him a stick instead of a sword, cause I thought that would be more in character.

Dude, we just don't care if you are a good hacker or not. The hack of SSBB is for get fun, make hacks for yourself or people, get fun with people, got feedback. I know what you feeling. For me the Brawl hacking help me to forget my problem.

Your hack are really good, i love Krystal. I think it's better you don't delete your hacks.

After i can't stop you to leaving if you got personnal choice. But i think this will be better if you stay here, for me, for some people and for you continue to make hacks for fun.

@Everyone- I really had no idea anyone would care that much. There&#39;s so much hackers here that are alot better then me, so it&#39;s not that big of a deal, but I guess deleting my hacks would be pretty selfish, so I wont.

Screw passion, I do brawl hacks for the hell of it =3 Nice way to kill time when you got nothin else to do :)

And it's kinda fun importing characters I like into brawl even when nobody downloads them XP
