However, if all you're trying to do is pose a model, you could pose the model with the iris texture turned off, take a snapshot, open it in an image editing program, then add the iris texture in the appropriate places... but if you're not familiar with photo editing, I recommend trying SRT0 first. An easy way to check is to open up a character's MotionEtc, expand FitMarthMotion, and if there is an AnmTxtSrt folder, then the character uses SRT0.
