I know there's a hack of Saria over Peach, Impa (both OoT and SS) over Sheik, Darunia over DK, Malon and Hilda over Zelda. Ruto (and Lulu from MM) over Zero Suit Samus, and Nabooru over both ZSS and Sheik.
