For whatever reason whenever a match ends if Lucas is involved the will freeze. I can't seem to fix it, if anyone else has found a to fix it please tell me. It would be appreciated.

Are you sure it's not just whatever hack you're using on him?

Then it might be a scratch on your Brawl disc; test if this is the case by going into vBrawl(Regular Brawl) and have Lucas involved and see if it freezes in regular Brawl. Let me know if it freezes or doesn't freeze, then I'll tell you the next thing to try.

Ok, so then it's probably something with the RSPs you're using; what does your menu>common>char_bust_tex folder look like?

You have to upload it via DropBox, MediaFire, SkyDrive, or something like that. If so, I'd recommend Mediafire or Dropbox for a starter one. In fact, if you ever end up making a mod that you want to share, you can use this same online uploading tool to make an entry in the Brawl Vault. Ok, so I took a look at the file and tested it in regular Brawl, and here are the results:

Filesize: Fine
Dimensions: Fine
In-Game: No Freezes
In-Game Bugs: Yes; there are no result portraits for Lucas at all
Likely Problem: Number of Slots

Conclusion:
Since it works with regular Brawl, and has 6 slots, which is normal, and you said that you had no imports or anything over Lucas, it is more than 90% likely that it's the number of character slots that you have on Lucas. Are you using cBliss or anything to expand the number of costumes Lucas has? How many CSPs, or character select portraits, do you have for Lucas?

I'm not using any kind costume expansion.

Hmm; then in that case, maybe it's because I tested with Dolphin and this brres doesn't work on the Wii(i.e. Possibly a corrupt brres); go ahead and test this in place of that brres, and see if it still will freeze after a match:
