I mean, come on. if IKE can grab a ledge backwards with BOTH HANDS ON HIS SWORD, Peach (who has her other hand STICKING OUT BEHIND HER AS SHE'S FLOATING) should be able to grab them too!

Anyone else really annoyed by this?

No, its unfair that Peach hovers, making a good opportunity to to spam her F-air
Hovering also makes a good horizontal recovery, making her hard to kill in most stages.
So not being able to grab backwards should be to balance it out.

I'm on both sides... I usually miss recovery with Peach. I hate when that happens, but as Hax said, it balances out.

Peach Bomber is your best bet if your about to pass the edge backwards it leaves you open a little but hey you live :D

...What about Meta Knight?

He has a better recovery then her... And he can grab the ledge backwards too... Plus Peach's forward air is slow in comparison to any of Meta Knight's kill moves, spamming her forward air is normally not a good idea, you want to save it for killing at the right time.  

And I don't think her hovering is unfair... But that might just be my opinion.

Meta Knight can be blown off the screen in a few attacks, so i guess he needs a good recovery, he also has no projectile attacks, and his F-air is really weak compared to peach's F-air.

Ah, but see, gimping Meta Knight is a lot harder to do then gimping Peach, and he doesn't need a projectile, his Mach Tornado can go through most projectiles, and his forward air is much faster then Peach's, though it might be weaker, it's still an effective gimping tool, and he is harder to even hit.

Metaknight is broken. He can do whatever he wants.

If Metaknight's broken, then why doesn't anyone fix him?

You cant, he was made that way.

Fixing metaknight would be like dividing by zero...it just can't happen...

why not replace a metakinght WITH metakight? Like make our own metaknight! This is so crazy it might work!
