I'll admit that it isn't as bad as most of those "hatless" Mario's but since it still has no head I won't be using this until that gets fixed someday.

I just have one little doubt, MyKewl. How are you supposed to have 1006 downloads in an hour when the average number of visitors we get in a day is 200 people? I'd say it's rather obvious.

 If I see you again with an inflated download count, a stolen hack (those "compilations" of yours are just hacks done by other people packed together) or annoying us (the staff and the community) by any mean you can think of, I'll recommend everyone in the admin board to give you and your other accounts a permanent ban (And I'm sure they'll agree. Also Yoshiboshi3 isn't my second account lol. He goes to my school and if I had his account why would I post 100s of posts on his and only a 100 on this. Also we have been on at the same time. He also has been here before me and I wouldn't post stuff on 2 different accounts when his stuff is usually better then mine because I don't vertex that much just textures. I just want to get that across.

This is getting a lot bigger then I would think. But let me answer a few of these questions

Disrespected? I challenge you to find a single word that implicates disrespect in my post. The Rosalina textures belong to a fellow team member and the vertex hack (from Rosalina) belongs to LenSho, an admin on this site, so don't come telling me that he didn't steal anything. And second, I think he can handle himself. You don't need to "protect" him like that, or you'll probably get into trouble as well. Our problem is with him, not with you, so with all due respect, I'm going to have to tell you to quit sticking your nose where it doesn't belong.

The person who reported my Rosalina link was sending me messages about getting this removed because he thought I was stealing it. He was going to much to get it removed he obviously wanted to get it off and try to act like a hero. This guy has hated me since #1 and ever since I got him so pissed off he has been doing everything to get me off. I could see how  he spammed it and then reported it. Yoshiboshi3 was actually at my house while he was showing me how to re-color textures. We were excited about how much my pack was getting downloads. I came back 2 days later it was a negative number? Obviously it was glitched.

Without going as far as talking about "stealing", MyKewl, when doing packs like that, the best (and most polite) thing to do would be to contact the original author, and propose hiim if he's like to upload your pack.
Don't worry that he'll make sure to credit you a lot for gathering all the stuff. :)

I also have been messaging back and forth Julz and I think I'm getting him around to making him think this was a good idea. And if anyone wants to know I asked Vyse some kid I really hate to restart my account because of the broken downloads because I don't like having fake downloads. I want to be legit, I seriously asked him to restart my downloads even if I have OVER 9000 downloads. I never want something I don't deserve.

EDIT: I ALSO made the CSS Icons, CSPs, and everything so everyone don't get ideas how I just made everything I found on the internet into a pack. I made everything except for the model. Thank you for reading my long post <3

Understand that taking someone's original texture and running it through GIMP's Colorizer a few times is still plagiarism -- stealing.

I didn't use GIMP, I don't know why I just posted this.
Also I wasn't taking credit I gave him SO MUCH credit. I posted it mostly to help people get rid of Peach and get bad-a Rosalina.

Don't take it so literally. Vyse means that a simple recolor is still plagiarism.

"Giving credit" is not a blanket license to do whatever the hell you want with someone else's work and release it on your own.

This is unfortunately true. I had a little trouble with the original creator of the koopa texture.

However, thank you Marcov for giving him another chance. He's told me he's working on a totally original and cool texture right now just to make up for everything.

I didn't make this to make up. And Vyse I got credit from someone who did 50% of the model. How about we all drop it... And why everytime I log in I get a thing that says Reported:1 and I click it and it shows nothing... Very annoying.

Let's also remember this people, this started because someone started raging my links to get me in trouble. I don't try to piss you off Vyse, but you know you hated me at the beginning. Marcov, I don't f'ing know you but you are mad because you think I stole something and you think it's cool to start spamming on my texture post that has NOTHING to do with stealing. You seem to be under the impression that we constantly police the Vault and the forum, looking for theft and rule-breaking. We don't. We can't; we don't have that kind of time. I don't know who approved that Rosalina, but it shouldn't have been.

Bottom line: we can't catch everything. We need the other users to help us out by reporting things, but no one does.

Reporting: You reported one thing of Yoshi's as being "so cool it froze the game" or something. I wouldn't (and didn't) ban you from reporting for that, but still, if that wasn't a joke report, you need to make it not look like one.

I always report things that are wrong so can I have that permission back to do it?

Level 2, Moderated: All posts must be approved by a moderator before they appear on the forum. Goes away after one week.
Level 3, Mute: Read-only. Goes away after one week.
Level 4, Banned: Cannot view the forum. May or may not go away.

Appreciate telling me what level I'm on as right now you haven't told me. Marcov this is over let's stop writing on a TEXTURE TOPIC. I would APPRECIATE it if you PMed me as it would be RESPECTFUL. It would just be a better thing to do so.

Images in signatures should not be more than 800 pixels wide or 200 pixels tall. You may have no more than two images in your signature; if you choose to have two, each must be at most 400x200 if they go on one line or 800x100 if they are on separate lines.

Actually those rules were just updated recently, actually after your dispute with the admins, so no warning as been applied (you are at 0). That of course can change though.

And regarding Marcov's signature, his is still within the limits. You forgot the part that said that BrawlVault generated sigs do not count towards that limitation.
