could you tell us what this psa is about first?

All of his moves are supposed to have a dark affect
which means u need to change the last 2 digits of each flag to 13
as for the textures and vertex hacks i need help with. Also If there are any hackers that are Experts at editing Final smashes I could use ur help to..

Idea for textures:

1.for a texture, something that will give marth a evil look or somthing similar to my avatar

Oh ya! This psa! I used this for the longest time before everyone started using marth psas! (I use soren and assasin now..sorry) And ya, I can't help ya.

icic, so what is it that you would like to be done? XD

1. For his neutral A move if u could just somehow link his Attack11 and Attack12 moves so
all u have to do is hold the A botton and he will execute Attack 11 then attack 12 repatedly

2.Make his side smash (AttackS4S) have a multiple hit affect

3.Change his down A (AttackLw3) to his lower ending combo (SpecialS4Lw)
(I can do this Myself...)

4.make him vanish and reappear For his Roll doges (EscapeF and EscapeB) Add a Shadow smoke affect graphic affect to the move

These are all the Ideas I have For now but if ANYONE gets any Please Share..

Because its not exactly all that awesome compared to some PSA's that ive seen

Look up the guy that made the Jin Kisaragi PSA or Soren and Aeon PSAs. I suggest asking Mr. N for some advice because he made Soren and Aeon.

Is it possible to make marth's speed change after he taunts?
because I was thinking that we could make his speed and strength change after he taunt's
I got this Idea from the Elemental Marth PSA

Don't you need riivolution for the tount speed changes? What could I help at not textured or psa wise?

u probably shouldn't need riivoloution  but im not 100% sure.

another thing are u better at PSA's or texture's?

Well I could learn... but when I'm serious about it I make things happen

hmm... you should learn how to PSA hack first because i could use some help.

I only know the basics.

Things I know about PSA hacking:

1.I know how to modify flags

2.change the hitlag multiplyer

3. increase and decrease collision bubble sizes

4. move swap (EX:make marth do his counter hit by pressing down A)
and separate character move swap (EX: make marth do IKe"s down smash)

5. modify damage.

6. increase/ decrease amount of jumps

7. add and modify Graphics

8. Modify body status and use the Asynchronous timers   

9. make Items appear after a move

That's the problem no I don't and I am using my friends computer for this.
