from that link download go to info/portrite and download the corresponding brres files.  then go to brawlbox and replace the photos.

I have a gct file but i want to add codes to it.  How do I convert it to a txt file?

yes.  I have the file already.  My modifications are working but codes like "unrestricted camera" do nothing.  I'm trying to get ike over dedede to work and the code just won't work
