does anyone know how to vertex with blender instead of 3ds max because its a 3d editing software

how cant it its still a 3d editing software

well like i cant afford 3ds max so im using blender but like the new version of das donkey does not have the right programing i saw videos of how to make a 3ds file but the new das donkey dosent have that function

does anyone know how to vertex with the current das donkey vertex box thats up for download right now i mean like most videos i watch for vertexing the das donkey box has the button to automoatic 3ds file but right now its totally different does anyone how to work it

does anyone know  how to change the character effect, like i mean im trying to change the animation of samuses beam like make it look like the ice beam by making it look like a snow flake, then when a opponet hits it they get frozen(i have smash attacks and i still have no clue about this)

well actually i can do 3ds its just that when i tr to download it , it's kinda to big for the screen ( i use a windows XP laptop)

well i need help with a peach hack well lets just say that im trying to change the hair and sholders
like does anyone know how to make peaches hair like a ponytail and her shoulders to not be round (like in the orange and white ulala texture)
