I want to make a character almost from scratch.

I've seen alot of people edit models that are already in the game, I've figured out that much,
but is it possible to bring in completely different models to Brawlbox?
like, one's I've made?
what file types would they have to be?

When I create a .gct, do I have to name it something specific?

I'm a complete noob to all of this.
Maybe my RSBE01.gct doesn't have it in it >.<

Anybody know the best way to do it?

I've done alot of reading and managed to fix it myself with the help of some people giving me needed files.
If anyone wants, I can try to break down some instructions into non-hacker talk and send people what they need

In addition, I've noticed in some videos, people have an option in Riivolution called "basic file replacement."
Do I need that?

I'm so close I can feel it! lol
I have Homebrew, Riivolution, and I'm pretty sure my SD card is set up properly.
I downloaded law_law's Knuckles over Pikachu. I took every file from that folder and put it in my SDcard under private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/Fighter/pikachu/
You said something about having to change the file names but I don't know what to change them to. Some files include common5_en.pac, FitPikachu1.pac, InfFace074.brref ...

Also, I open the Riivolution channel and have no idea what to do.
What should I set "Ocarina Handler" to? (right now it's on "Disabled")
I assume you set "Codes" to "Enabled."

When I choose a stage, everything freezes before the brawl even starts.
