Help / Problem with KH Sephiroth

I am trying to use the Kingdom Hearts Sephiroth made by DivineOverlord and BigBadBooya (http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=16127), but whenever I start the game from Ocarina it just turns out to be Marth.
He has the whole stance the KH sephiroth is supposed to have, and he even has the black wing and all his moves, the thing wrong though is that it's still Marth but just with those things added to him.
I'm putting the three files I downloaded for it into pf > fighter > marth, is there something else I was supposed to do too?
