Idk how to fix ocean ambience :<

All I wanna change is the ocean part I like the lighting If I remove it the lightning the stage wont have the crystal like effect.

Ok I got it working but now for some reason it stops at black screen for my friend (he's in the UK) In the GCt I put v2.1 PHantom wings , inf replay(pal), colored shields (pal), tourney rules , camera etc. Basically the standard stuff idk whats happening.

Also I know for sure the issue is in the SceneData

I'm don't play B+. =/ I dislike it plus Idk how to do make the edges "friendly". THE MAIN issue is fixing the ocean.

Umm I'm on vBrawl. I need tourney standard stuff and stuff that doesn't desync if I'm playing on wifi...

Also I wanna know if I can decrease the lightning on the Background somehow.
