Which can be easily done if you save directly to the desktop instead of the external memory device(s).

If you downloaded the "PSA 2.70-1.90" pack provided by this site under the "Resources" tab, then you shouls have a text file that says "ALL ABOUT PSA P1"
Open it up, press ctrl+F, and type "Flags values:elemental damage"
Those are the attack effects.
Go to the moves that freeze the foe in-game(Ex. Attack11, SpecialN, etc. Correspondant to the motion file.), and change their elemental effect from there.

Press the shield buttons when you hit start, and you'll start as zss.
Alternatively, press up down up down on the d-pad as Samus, and if you do it fast enough, she'll lose her power suit.

That is referred to as the StackSmash method.
If your Wii U is up to date, the stack smash method is the most viable way to hack the Wii U.

Download a pack from smashmods.com and use that as a base for your hacks.
It's simple, easier, and there's no room for error, as you're just opening a zip file, and dragging and dropping.

The Mach Tornado is an article.
Snake would have to be on-screen for what you're doing to work, because the article can only be spawned when the character who owns it has been loaded.
Meaning: If you could find a way to put Snake's moveset into MK's, while keeping MK's moves, you'd be set.

Could you tell me which portion of this is the Project Melee 2.5b custom stage select screen code? I'm sure I started from the beginning, but again, I can't read coding.

I've tried that but it has only given me "Open link in new tab, Open Link in new window, Open link incognito window, Save link as, Copy link address, then Inspect Element"

Find the CSP you want, look up and right of the picture at the "Oprions" bar, click it.
It comes up with "Download" and "Copy".

That link, my friend, is to the system folder in the Brawl ISO files that somebody downloaded.
