-[Mission Statement]-

By request of dozens of Mewtwo fans, and the abilities granted to us with the various hacking tools given to us, those of us on the PM2 Team will do everything we possibly can to seamlessly integrate Mewtwo into Brawl+ and any other version of Brawl people request.

For the time being, all of Mewtwo's Melee frame data can be found HERE!

We still need his other attribute data.  Weight/Speed/Etc.

-[Implementation Progress]-
I'm going to go into each individual part of Lucario that needs modification in detail in this section in order to become Mewtwo!

GENERAL:
JUMPS
TO DO
-Adjust 2nd Jump Height until balanced.

TILTS:

--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

DTilt
Kicks out dark energy "tail" for similar range of FTilt, but lower, weaker and sends more upwards.
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

SMASHES:
USmash
Multi-hit attack over Mewtwo.  Small electric shocks cover Mewtwo during this time, and may knock opponent into main attack.
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

FSmash
Mid-Ranged dark burst in front of Mewtwo, deadliest force is towards the center of the blast.
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

DSmash
Short-Mid Ranged Dark Burst into the ground in front of Mewtwo.  Deadliest force is at the center of the blast.
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

AERIALS:
NAir
Electric energy surrounds Mewtwo, dealing damage.   Landing while doing this move will expel all excess energy stored in Mewtwo's body from this attack.
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

UAir
Does an attack similar to UTilt in the air, except it sends the opponents away.  Fairly strong when sweetspotted.
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

BAir
Does a physical strike backwards for medium knock back and short range.  Long lasting hitbox.
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

FAir
Claws at the air with Psychic powers, sending opponents straight up with violent force when hit.  Gains power quickly.
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

DAir
Disperses Psychic energy downwards to send the foe plummeting to their doom.
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

SPECIALS:
-SHADOWBALL:

Mewtwo concentrates a bunch of his Psychic energy into one blast.
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

NOTE: I can not edit anything about this projectile as of this moment.

-CONFUSION:
Mewtwo scrambles the mind of the opponent who wanders too close, causing them to trip, turn around, or both!
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?

-TELEPORT:
Mewtwo passes through time and space in order to safely pass to his desired destination within range.
--Should I make this force special fall or leave as is?

-DISABLE:
Mewtwo forces a large amount of psychic energy into the mind of his opponent, causing distortion and stun, but needs to regroup his energy before he himself can move again.
--IASA frame adjustment?

-[Additional Ideas]-
The Following moves are NOT part of the .pac.  They MAY be edited in for alternate movesets and experiments later on.

Psyburst -
Releases a shockwave of Psychic energy around Mewtwo.  Used as a "GTFO" move.

Psychic - Fires a projectile similar to Din's fire, but slower and smaller.  When it explodes, it does no damage, just pushes the opponent in the opposite direction from the explosion.

Code Select Expand

Balances are all that remain at this point, aside from the obvious need for model importation.  I'll work on cosmetic changes when I think its a good idea, but other than minor balance work and sound effect changes I think I'll be all done and release a balanced 0.5 Beta Pac, finish up some final changes based on data gathered from 0.5, and release the fully furnished 1.0.

2.0 will feature Mewtwo's model and animations.

Sound good?
