where's the file patch code? and you have independent pokemon and css giga fix twice.

That may be what I'm missing.

I used that exact code, yet still Mario is still Mario and same goes for the others.

It didn't work. What portions of code(s) do I modify? 

The alloys aren't in your css code. You need to add 2e 2f 30 and 31 where you have the 00 now.

I've been trying to get the alloys working for a long time but they never seem to work with anything I ever change, I've read the same thing multiple times and it always looks like its going to work, but then when i select the character i get mario, kirby, captain falcon or zelda instead of the alloys even though all of them are occurring twice on the character selection screen.
