The other day I picked up Brawlscape, I'm sure you guys know what that is, but anyways, I tried to edit the common3.pac file and edited via photoshop a couple of items, once I repacked, i put my SD card bak in the wii, and expected no problems, but it wound up crashing the game, freezing on the wii "wriststrap" screen.

I'm using brawl+, would that conflict with altering the common3 file?

I recently tried to edit his effects.
like his pk thunder, pk flash, etc.
I turned the interior of the texture black while the outline is dark red.
i used this color scheme for practically every object in the FitNess.pac file.
however, when I put the file back into the wii, nothing showed.
I know I'm following  VILE's guide, can Ness's effects just not be edited?

and what's up with his final smash? i found his FitNessFinal.pac file, but theres just a TGA of a icon inside.

Today, I attempted to edit a final smash from Ike.
I followed VILE's guide,
and did quite a bit of research on the process.
I am familiar with ASH and the uses of it, so i wasn't totally lost,
however, I don't understand why when I put the FitIkeFinal.pac file back into the SD card...
my texture didn't really show up.
I edited the flames to be red and black when ike was striking the opponent,
did I do something wrong? or are Ike's flames "uneditable"
I put the file in the correct directory...
what happened?
